When you visit the Website, our hosting and security provider receives technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the date and time. If you choose “Accept all” in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, and the pages you view. We do not load it unless you accept.

How form submissions are handled
The Website does not store form submissions in a database. When you submit a form, it is sent as an email to our staff through Microsoft 365, and the message is kept in our email system.

We share information only as needed to run our business and the Website, with:
- Service providers that host and secure the Website (Cloudflare) and provide our email (Microsoft)
- Google, for Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) if you accept analytics cookies, for the embedded Google Map if you load it, and for web fonts
- Carriers, vendors and business partners, when needed to quote, ship, store or deliver your goods
- Professional advisers, insurers and authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use advertising cookies on the Website.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry emails and related business records for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services and meet our legal and business record-keeping needs, and then delete them in line with our records practices.
